Is there any way that I can make it so that my brain processes information faster. Can someone recommend a book to read or a video to watch. Mucho gracias.

Just do Brain teasers and stuff like that.
You have to challenge yourself.
Try to learn something that you always thought was too difficult for you.

puzzles, crosswords, word searches, read challenging books get up in the morning eat brkfst and do 1 of these each morning actually it is food for your brain. patients with dementia started these activities and it reduced there symptoms of it. my grand pops did a crossword every mrning my son and i do them as well.

Try doing word puzzles, timed puzzles, or playing video or board games that require quick thinking and response times.

play video games like gran turismo and counter-strike.. where it tests your reaction.
