It depends upon the situation and context. A person when expected to lead and guide, puts a subordinate face, he is a failure.
A Boss will have to be Bossy and a wife or husband have to be friendly and cooperative .
A boss in his home may have to be softy with his bitter half, yet bossy in his office.

Not at all. I mix up with lowest in my staff. In family from eldest to youngest. I don't differentiate on the basis of class and status. But I do dominate in my work.

only when i need to be, like if ppl in my group for a project or sumthin r bein idiots and socializing when da project is due in 2 days and we only have class time which is like only an hour, then yes
