Is it true if you put someones hand in warm water while they're sleeping, they'll pee?

Yea cause, I heard this rumor that they'll pee or something is that true?

Ok, I've heard it's true but this is only hearsay. When I was a kitten, several friends & I used to try this @ every sleepover, but no-one was able to actually put anyone else's hand in water b/c the "victim" would always wake up @ the 1st touch.
