Question #1.) If you're a girl - alone - in an office with another man - I don't care what you look like or what his station in life is, he probably gave it at least a quick thought. We're all animals, basically. I mean, read "The Naked Ape." It's in man's nature to size-up and consider a potential breeding partner - in the wild. In society, the instinct is still there, but the meaning of the sex is changed. I don't think it's perverted. In fact, if he doesn't give it at least a passing thought, then that might actually be cause for concern!; but, if unwanted or unwarranted advances are made, then that's certiainly bad.
Question #2.) While lecturing, I doubt it; but if in the midst of a lecture they begin to engage a particular female in the classroom in a dialogue - then yes. Sex crosses my mind anytime I look at or talk to a woman whom I find attractive. Again, this is nothing sick or perverted. I think it's just good old-fashioned male-ness, and there's no harm in it unless certain unwanted or unwarranted advances are made.
Question #3.) Yes, your Christian psychologist has probably thought about it at least once; but, if this psychologist is an actual professional as opposed to someone authorized by whatever church they belong to to talk to people in the manner of a therapist, then they quickly dismiss it in the interests of doing their job. Numerous books have been written and courses tought on the topic of therapist vs. patient-as-sex-object. As a Christian and someone who has been in therapy before, we recognize these things as 'just thoughts." Only when you begin to act on your impulses do you allow the other half to take over.
Lastly, men don't think about sex "all the time."; but, the average, healthy, hetero (and even homo)-sexual male does think about it a whole lot - and that's all very normal. How do we ever get anything done? Actual physical sex - or at least the real (for many) or fantastical (for most) notion of the prospect of sex - is one of a wide variety of motivational forces in our ability to focus and get things done - the same way that aquiring an increase in status, finances, spirituality, etc. is a motivational force. It's a fantasy with an eventual payoff.
Hope this is helpful.

Ummm is this for real....
Well how do you know they are thinking about sex all the time (when in office hours)
Assuming your Female you could have only been told about such things (by a Male) the very same male/s that's preoccupied, thinking about having sex all the time. eek!
The question here is not clear.
If the question is.. Do man think about sex all the time?
I would say there's no definitive answer, only personal/ individual opinions
....
But my bet is the Christian Psychologist is thinking about some good old fashion wholesome, monogamous activities..

They don't think about sex all the time. That's a lame excuse some men put out there to excuse their nasty behavior. I know a lot of men and they are insulted to be labeled that way-sex fiends.

Ok honestly, it is not all the time. I mean if I know someone, initially it may be all physical and I may think about sex, but after talking, it becomes less and less so.

We don't think about sex all the time. We do think about food too. :)
I can admire women without having to think about sex.

They're not thinking of sex with you specifically. Why are you so obsessed with this subject?
