5 can be shared. But the atom is likely to lose 3 electrons!

They can be in the same orbital but must have different spin. If at any point Ms is the same, one more of the other 3 quantum numbers must be different b/c the electrons would have to be in different orbitals. So, at most 3 quantum numbers can be the same.
