I'm 47. I gained 25lbs in the 1 1/2 months I was laid off, but lost it all quickly after I got a new job.

lol mmmmm lots I imagine (Iactually dont know) all I know is about a month ago the clothes I wore were no longer comfortable (well actually through the year also) so with that in mind I decided after a year of wasted gym membership sitting at home (while paying it of course) to get off my a** and go do a workout, its the best thing I have ever done, my clothes are becoming loose (er) and my 'get up n go' is back!!!
edit: way to go lila at least someone is willing to admit it

I didnt gain any this year I actually lost 5 lbs-who-hoo! Now the past ten years in another story....

I am ashamed to say. But I have an excuse, I was sick in bed for most of the Summer, and I was on a medication that was known to make you put on weight !
Its gotta go though!!!
