Because NBC thinks that people will jump on the Patriots bandwagon.
There are some fans who were, are, and always will be loyal to one team. There are others who switch their allegiances to whatever team is the "IT" team any given season.

I have a daughter that plays basketball for her school team and a competitive team as well. She too has good games and bad games. When she is playing with me in the gym she can do all kinds of neat moves and shots. Get her in a game setting and she forgets what she can do. I am constantly telling her to "believe" in herself and know that she has the talent. If you believe you can do it and believe in yourself you will perform better. Don't worry about who is in the stands. Also...if you are left handed you should really be shooting the ball with your left hand. You can increase your arm strength by practicing. You can also lift weights to help as well. As I always tell my daughter...if you don't practice you will never get any better. Keep practicing. Keep a ball with you and dribble it when you aren't doing anything. You can also practice your form by laying on the floor or bed and using your left hand use your proper form and push the ball straight up into the air. Catch it with the same hand (one handed). Continue this repetition. This will help your muscle memory with proper shooting form as well as increase your shooting arm strength. By shooting with your non dominant hand you are confusing your brain. Get everything in sink and practice, practice, practice. Good luck!!

The NFL always puts the prime time game in prime time. In other words, whatever game they feel is going to get the best ratings, they reserve the right to move that game to the prime spot.

They paid more money. Better question is,why do they pay so much money for a bunch of grown men to run around in a field fighting over a ball?
