Because any man that can turn around NYC from a bankrupt Murder Capitol of the world and break the back of the Mafia and rally everyone and maintain order in the face of horror during 9-11 and is a frank and honest man re: Abortion and NEVER EVER slips or slides or dodges ANY question like Slick Willy's wife ... is QUALIFIED! Giuliani is NOT my first choice.
NO Democrat cuts it.
I've never caught Huckabee in a lie.
At this time I am still torn between a vote for Huckabee an Fred Thompson.
I am leaning toward Fred Thompson.
They BOTH display a strong moral and ethical base as well as experience. They both answer MOST questions on most issues in a manner consistent with my own direction of thought.
I think Fred may be better at leadership. I'm willing to watch and see how it goes. I live in a state where the primary election isn't until Feb. 5, 2008.

The only thing Giuliani did on 9/11 was react with more poise than a visibly shaken President Bush.
If he did so great on 9/11, then WHY were there rescue-workers who contracted chronic lung diseases while digging through the rubble at Ground Zero? Rudy was apparently too busy to ensure that they were properly protected.

I'don't think it is fair to call Rudy corrupt, don't you think most politicians are corrupt? except your precious Ron Paul? RP will not be the Republican Candidate! Get used to it!

God only knows..... Yeah he did great in New York. New York is very different than and entire country. He is not ready for this.But he has the same problems in his personal life that the Republicans bad mouthed Clinton for. I am confused....by this....
