Why is this, is this a symptom i may have somthing or something else?

Protein is a strong potential allergen and she may have a skin sensitivity to it.

As said, she is probably allergic to your semen on her skin. You may be able to get a buffer cream to rub into her tummy first to buffer this effects, or otherwise she could take anti-histamine tablets

This could be a problem that is isolated to her stomach area only. Next time try her leg or back or face and go from there.

she is simply having an allergic reaction to the proteins in your seminal fluid. Doesn't mean there is a thing wrong with you.

some peoples skin is sensative to fluids or she may be allergic to it.
