It's a very different set of sensations from things you'd done in the past. Your body isn't used to it yet, so doesn't know how to respond all the way.
Also, I imagine that your friend takes care to be gentle with you - as she should. The drawback is that some guys like stronger feelings and more pressure as they get more excited, and her mouth might have a hard time sustaining that effort.

I also experienced it several times and i didnot care it but felt good tat i am so strong. later you can engage in some more activitis with her and perform better.

Can be. Some guys reach orgasm more easily than others. Also, after several years of masturbating vigorously, it may take a little practice to get used to reaching an orgasm from oral sex or intercourse. Nothing to worry about, it just prolongs the pleasure.

Yes its normal.Some guys never *** by oral. The mouth is just too loose and wet compared to masturbating.
