You can try to meditate & become celibate. Your vagina grows as all your body parts grow as you get older. The vagina doesn't become more open.
It's normal to have sexual feeling but you don't have to do anything about them.

You can't get rid of feelings you have to learn to live with them. i am very worried about the status of your mental health i looked through all your questions and i think you should seek some professional help like padded room style. Your questions are pinning you as a hypochondriac, and some one with a lot of issues. You can't get rid of those feelings but just because you have them doesn't mean you have to have sex or stuff like that. But on that note you can't stop someone from raping you, no tissues or anything like that. But you just have to learn to be safe and learn what to do and not to do to call attention to yourself not that i am saying that it is the victims fault they get raped, but as a women we need to try to keep away from situations that are less then desirable. Now your nose issues you can't get rid of mucus or hair. You can trim the hair. your vagina doesn't get "opener" that i know of. You should think about getting your self mentally checked out
