For me it was real when I saw the ultrasound at 16wks...then when I turned 17wks and felt the movements and kicks....that made it pretty real. But when its too quite...like I cant feel the movements and stuff...I sort of forget.lol....So I need a constant reminder from my little one to say "Mommy I'm here"....and the movements make me remember that.

Well when i had my daughter i knew i was pregnant when the hpt and blood test matched and times etc. But it didn't feel real untill the first ultrasound when i heard the baby's heartbeat for the first time and i was six and a half weeks.
Same thing this time hpt and blood test match and times but it doesn't feel real yet as i haven't heard or seen the baby on an ultrasound plus it is still a bit overwhelming as our daughter is only 9 months and we have lost a baby between her birth and this pregnancy.

There were two moments when it "became real" for me.
The first time I heard the heartbeat I cried and cried I was so happy (my husband cried too, but he won't admit it). And my 4 month ultrasound when it actually LOOKED like a baby and we found out the gender. There was our little boy waving his hands and jumping every time the doctor pushed on my tummy. And the first time you feel your baby move is wonderful too!
It was amazing! It'll sink in, I think it's a different time for everyone.

I know how you feel. I heard my daughters' heart beat. I saw her on the ultra sound and I felt her moving but it didn't really sink in until I held her. Even labor was surreal. I am 22 weeks pregnant now and I feel somewhat the same. i am excited to meet her but it still doesn't feel real. Good luck and Congratulations!!!

With this baby, it was real to me at the first drs appt. Then it really came real to me when I was 2 weeks over due. Then, when she was about 3 weeks old it was really real.
Hope that made sense!

Well, when I got the positive line.
A few days later I was throwing up. So it was pretty real right from the beginning!
