Each hour of difference from GMT is equal to 15 degrees of longitude. In this case, you are 10 hours and 45 minutes ahead of GMT; the 10 hours equal 150 degrees, and the 45 minutes equal another 11.25 degrees. So the rough answer would be 161.25 degrees East of Greenwich.

But there is an important correction to make to this rough calculation, called the equation of time. This tells us how fast or slow the Sun is compared to a clock. Since the noon sight is always at local *apparent* noon, i.e., solar apparent time, and GMT is always clock time, we have to account for that difference, and we don't know what that difference is unless we know the date -- which we don't in this problem. So the answer here could be wrong by as much as 17 minutes, or 4.25 degrees of longitude.
