hey everyone, hope you are all doing well. a couple times in the past i have asked questions where there had been 2 very good answers. i always try to be fair and the way i do it now is i chose the one that was there first. wouldn't it be a good idea to be able to split the points for best answer say 2 ways (5 points each) that way both people could get credit for a really good answer if there were 2 really good answers? your thoughts please. thanks and have a great day!

I would at least like to be able to give people points when I give them a "thumbs up'. As it is, they only get points when their answer is chosen as "Best Answer.' It'd be cool to be able to give second and third-place points to others...but I'd like the old "Thumbs up" and "thumbs down' to have a numerical significance.

There were many times when I couldn't decide between two really really good answers. And I don't think it's fair to put them to vote coz I want to choose both answers. I also wish that one can choose "no best answer" without putting the question to vote because sometimes none of the answers actually answer the question. Other times, there would be one or two answers that do answer the question with a "yes" or and "no" and really don't deserve the ten points.

Before letting her go, and moving on ... just check if she feels for you ... You can directly tell if a Girl is still feeling for you ... No need to look into her eyes and guess (or gaze :P) ... No need to be in contact with her too ... No need to ask her any question ... Just don't talk to her for an week and avoid her when you meet by accident (accidents made by you) ... If in the 8th day she comes shouting at you and scolding you with illogical words and theories and tries to show you how much she was irritated during the last week, you may consider her as to be there with you - still! Remember these lines: If you love a bird, set it free If it comes back, it is yours If it does not, it never was! You have a very valid point. And yes, sometimes I do wish I could split the points up. Because there are more than one good answer sometimes. Giving it to the first one there seems fair....most of the time. But not always.

That is an amazing idea! It is also fair. I get that alot to. I would ask a question and at least 2 people would have amazing answers. I always wished that you could give out more than one best answer. Good Idea!

yes, I wish I can give number 1 and number 2, because some answer r alomst as great as the first one...but in different aspect.
kind of remind me of life, in life, there is no A or B, YOU either get the job or you don't, even it mean you're 99.9, if there is some1 that is 100 pt than you lost, but if you're 10 and there is no competition then you might be in.

I know how you feel. Sometimes it's very hard to choose because a lot of the answers were good. I think we should be able to split the points too.

Yes. It's hard picking a best answer when there is more than one. I feel bad not giving some of the points to the other best answer. Good idea.

Yes it's so hard to chose just one so your idea is good. I would even think first 10 pts. and second 5 points would be good. Since I can't give points, I always do thumbs up to the great community of answers. It's a great day for me, thanks and ditto to you.

I don't ask many questions as I very rarely get any answers, and of those that I do, I can barely come to offer points to anyone due to their stupid or irrelevant replies.
I can see your point however as I've answered 100's of questions (12% Best Answers) and sometimes think it would be much fairer to split the points with others.
