IF YOU DON'T FILE BANKRUPTCY THEN THE CREDITORS WILL PROBABLY COME AFTER YOU FOR THE MONEY. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO GO THRU AND FILE BANKRUPTCY TO SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.

Bankruptcy wouldn't help you anyway. At BEST it eliminates your current debts. It NEVER does anything about your FUTURE income or expenses. That said, given the complete lack of information in your question, anyone that attempts a useful answer is ASSUMING much more than you said.

I would suggest you look at a budget and go talk to your creditors direct and in person if possible...try to work it out and not file bankruptcy.

First, how a lot debt are you in? charge playing cards are not extremely worth going bankrupt. yet i wager in case you owe about 25,000, then I see you do not have a call. the abode on your boyfriend's call isn't a good suggestion. He can inform you to get out each and every time using the undeniable fact that's technically his abode. do not ever be counted on some different person's credit. For a lengthy time period, your credit should not be good, yet that would want to be only a similar in case you in basic terms stopped paying on your charge playing cards. I owe 5,000 in debt, yet i did not flow bankrupt. I notwithstanding stopped paying on it because i could not manage to pay for it. really I went to varsity and could wish to get a good activity perfect after so i'm able to pay that debt out with out paying a great deal of activity. notwithstanding it changed into about 3 years later that i changed into given yet another probability for credit. My credit is completely good now, inspite of the debt. i favor to nevertheless pay my debt out in basic terms once i'm financially strong.
