I have a reddness and tender and iching in side my belly button. It has some kind of smelly discharge coming out of it. its like a brownish color. I run a mile to 2 miles everyday. after running it looks like blood coming out of it. any ideas.

well you probably have some sort of infection going on in there. Don't worry, the navel doesn't lead inside, it is actually just a scar from your umbilical cord. Try cleaning with hydrogen peroxide, then put some antibiotic ointment in it and cover with a bandage. Do this for a couple of days, if it doesn't clear, then you may need to see a doctor.

It has become herniated.It will require a minor surgery to correct the problem.If you just let it go the infection will spread to your internal organs and you will have some major problems.Get it fixed soon.
