I left school when I figured I had learnt all that the teachers could teach me, that certainly does not mean I knew everything in the world.
Have you learnt all you are capable of learning? in which case; no, you probably can't learn any more about computers.
In my case, ( and I started in the days of XT's, mono screen, MSDos and Lotus 123 - no windows, no mouse) : the more I learn, the more I realise there is so much more to learn and just how little I actually know.
Decide for yourself where you are.

Certainly. There are a lot of books about computers in the library. Most people can learn about computers on their own. Besides books, all you need is a screw driver. There are old computers around the house to practice on.

Learning never stops.. you just have to figure out what do you want to learn. If you want to learn from the basic you could search for it through the use of Search engines.
