Let me answer your question with a question. Did the father help to conceive and bring the baby into this world? If the answer is yes then my answer is yes, he should be expected to change HIS baby's diaper at least 50% of the time, as well as feed the baby, bathe the baby, play with the baby, burp the baby, stay up at night with the crying baby and anything else that involves the baby. He should be doing at least half of everything.

The two of you shared in making this child then the two of you should share in caring for and raising the child. That works both ways, the mom should be just a responsible as the father for being the disciplinarian. Don't always be making the Dad be the one that punishes the child as he/she grows up. You should both share in the complete process.

I hope you both enjoy raising the child and bonding with the child.

Yes, women usually do all the other baby work-like birth so yes I think men could change diapers too. Give the woman a break!

Raising a baby takes both parents. Diapers are just a part of it.

I have 7 kids and i've change a lot of diapers. the way i see it i was there to make them the least i can do is change them

It is only fair for the Father to help, after all it took both partners to make the baby.

well yeah, definetly! espeshialy if the mothers not around at the time, i remember with my little bro, they took turns, so id definenetly say its both a fathers and mothers job to help with the baby

the only things that just the mother can do is give birth and breastfeed--dads should change diapers too

yeah they should be expected too thats there baby too they should help out wit changin diapers maybe not as much as the mother but yeah they should definitely help out

actually, they should do most of the changing for the first 9 months since the mother did the incubating...
