I've been in this problem before...I either look really deeply into the answers, look and see who needs more points, who answered first, the one with the most thumbs up, or let people vote on it. Good luck. [:

Decide based on the one that has more thumbs ups. If they have that equal too, just pick the one that is longer in text because that person took more time to type extra words.

I go with the answerer who has the least amount of points. A person can use all the help he/she can get.
