The only time i am laughing out loud is when i write lmao or send one of those smileys laughing. I just write lol when i go "haha"

I get tired of seeing lol before, during and after questions and (especially) answers that cannot, by the wildest stretch of the imagination, be considered funny. More than once, I have seen it in the middle of a serious answer to a serious question. Whats up with THAT? (or should I say WTF?)
If there is a non-irritating use of lol, it is the way you use it, Baby.Cakes. But the "phrase" has become so overused that I mostly disregard it no matter how it is used.

If I write it like LOL then I laughed out loud, other wise its like "oh you made a joke, haha but not really"

When I write LOL, that means I am really laughing out loud. If I write FOFLMAO--that means I'm laughing so hard that I fell off my chair!!!!!!

most of the time when I write lol.... I am laughing. There are lots of times I don't write lol when I'm laughing....that is the sarcastic side of me.
If something is really splitting my gut....I write LMAO or LMAOROTF... that means I can barely get a hold of myself.

most the time I am laughing .. if I'm somewhere quiet I am not actually laughing out loud so ppl look at me stupid,... it's more like if you were having this convo face to face then you put lol when you would actually lol.

No, its merely an IM or e mail expression, human beings try this just to declare yea humorous, yet in specific cases they are easily and once you're dont say lol because of the fact they're perplexed,is that complicated? LOL lol jk i in my opinion am.. ok merely dont use lol lots.
