Nick names are not something that You make up. A nickname is a name that is given to you because of interests, Habits, Hobby's ect. In most cases a nick name has nothing to do with what your name actually is.
Example. My Aunts name is Sheila, We call her "Matilda", She just LOOKS like her name should be Matilda..
My best friends name is Tiffany, I called her "Kipper", Because she is so hyper!
My brothers name is Desmond (He's a poet).. But we have called him "Langston" Since I could remember.
So you see, it's about who you are and what you do..

I don't really think you need a nickname, your name is very nice. But if you want one, why not "K"? I have a good friend named Corinne (similar to yours), we call her "Rin" for short. Someone said it once, and it stuck!
You can't force a nickname- it will either stick, or it won't. In the meantime, be happy you have such a pretty name.

What do you do?
What colour is your hair?
Are you short? cute? tall and skinny?
You can't make people call you a nick name, it comes from them. I have a million nicknames and I love them all, because they're so unique. Some are plays on my name, and some are quirky -like "French Toast" (because I come from France).

Ryn, Rye, Kari, Kiki, Kay, Karys, Rynna ... or, you know, any one of a billion nicknames that aren't directly related to your given name.

Its usually other people who pick out nicknames for people in their lives, not you picking out your own nickname.
