there is a Czech sausage that has finely ground pork and ground grain, that is cooked by the butcher shop. It's spelled Jaternice but pronounced Etherneetzy. It's in a intestine and you get these gray rings and when cooked again you pop open on your plate and use rye bread to scoop it up It's a wonderful tasting treat. it can be a meal all on it's own

I travel a lot to developing countries, and I love street food! My co-workers think I am nuts. I have had some of the best snacks doing so.I figure as long as I have had my shots,And can distinguish between reasonable and paranoid,what the heck!

LIVER. Chicken, or calves' liver and onions - as long as it is cooked right. I haven't made it in a while, used to have to eat it because of low iron. My mother made it best. When she got sick, my Aunt Mary came over and taught me how to make liver and onions so I could make it for my mother. I would ride my bike up to the little grocery and ask for the freshest and best slices of the stuff, and a couple strips of bacon too. She loved it.

I eat ....cold pizza & drink day old coffee..... and I've devoured Hog's Head Cheese and thought it was rather tasty.
