I had started a pack of birth control pills, but then I had lost the packet that they were in and this is my third day without pills. I just got my period last night [second day with pills], even though I was orginally into the pack for like, two weeks. Luckly, I had ordered three months in advance. So, my question is, should I start a new pack today or pick up a new pack and just pick up where I had left up on my lost packet?

Well, you have missed more then 3 days, I would just split up the pills and take 2 a night untill I'm caught up. Don't start a new pack because you would just waste the package that you found.
When I missed 4 days, I called the clinic and they told me take 2 a night untill your caught up. They also told me to use another form of protection for a week.
I'm not a doctor, so you may just want to call your local clinic or doctor and ask them just to make sure.

According to your body, you were in your inactive week. This is why you had your period. So start a new pack.
