Probably Norv Turner. Sure some of the pieces in the Chargers football team are gone, but they still have the majority of the players there. I don't know how a team with a lot of talent like that can just go to the bottom. Turner's just not head coaching material.
After that, probably Mike Nolan. I want to see the 49's get back to what they were in the 80's and 90's, but I don't know if Nolan's the guy to get them there.

Miami's Cam Cameron needs to go, and not only because of his team's 0-10 record. Cameron was also the head coach at Indiana for five years. His record there was a lame 18-37, despite having an excellent athlete by the name of Antwan Randle El as his quarterback.
Cameron may be good in a coordinator role, but he has made it clear that he cannot succeed as a head coach.

Norvy because he is a proven loser, I would also fire AJ Smith the idiot that hired him. The Chargers are longing for Marty ball right now, I'm not a Chargers fan but come on they were one of the elite teams last year and this year they are a punch line to a bad joke.
