-What part of France does he go to?
-What does the wife farmer ask of him?

About the Farmer couple -

I just have to point out that this movie, while titled "Les Miserables" actually is NOT related to the stage versions, and is NOT a direct adaptation of the book (like the stage version is). If you really won't talk to your teacher (which you should, considering the circumstance the teacher should be willing to help), you may want to ask in the movie section of Yahoo Answers (specifying that this is the 1995, WWII-based movie). You can also ask in forums on the Internet Movie Database, as the people there often know their stuff really well. But please, talk to your teacher. Your reason for not knowing the movie is valid.

Wow, this does NOT sound like any version of Les Miserables I've ever seen. Sure doesn't sound like anything based on Victor Hugo's book at any rate.

You know, you may want to talk to your teacher, or better yet, ask a parent, guardian or other trusted adult to intercede for you. You may be able to get an extension on your assignment, maybe even take the movie home and watch it there. I think finding out about your grandmother constitutes an extenuating circumstance, especially if your grades have been good to date.

Wow, this is a way different version...

AND the name is Henri Fortin (with an 'n' at the end)

Instead of waiting for everyone else to answer your questions, you can search for the answers yourself. Most people will not have seen this film to be honest. I haven't and I really don't have the time to search out every answer for you. You may be able to find a synopsis that will help you more than waiting for answers from people here.
