Agrees with disseminate. I would also change the first few words. "Cloning is an issue in which a lot of...." "One of those issues" sounds too much like "they said so" and is not usually well regarded.

I am predisposed to say that you have not accurately used the word.
A better sentence structure might be the following.

People ,whether cloned or not, are predisposed to accepting falsified information on the subject of clonage.

No, predisposed doesn't work.

Predispose: to give an inclination or tendency to beforehand; make susceptible: Genetic factors may predispose human beings to certain metabolic diseases.

Try disseminated.

Disseminate: to scatter or spread widely, as though sowing seed; promulgate extensively; broadcast; disperse: to disseminate information about preventive medicine.

The word predisposed usually describes something that a person would have internally. For instance a predisposition to let's say asthma. I don't think it makes sense used this way.

Disseminated is the word you want - not predisposed.

Also, at the beginning, try "Cloning is one of those issues about which a lot..." (less awkward than "in which")
