What is wrong with my computer?

When i bougth my computer it was super fast and now 3 months later is slow i have no spyware!! HELP!!!!!!!

Go to start, run, and type in %temp%. then delete all the stuff in the folder. Then go to start again and then run. then type in prefetch. also delete all the stuff in the folder. now again go to start and run and type in msconfig and go to start up and disable everything in start up. Your computer will run faster if u do this. After thats done go to start, all programs, accessories and system tools and then click on disk defragmenter.

ok buddy here is your super guide. You have to do two things. 1st download software named TUNEUP UTILITIES 07, and use it. It is the best cure for youre problem. Then in sofware you'll automatically understand verything. 2nd defrag your hard drive.
