What is the name of that light that blinks white, is really bright, and is used in the Rockefeller xmas tree?

They are used mainly in professional settings for decorations but they are really bright and blink like an led looking light. If any one here is from New York City, they have the light in Snowflake on 5th Ave and 59th st. And also in the Rockefeller Xmas tree, various stores on 5th Ave ane also on the christmas tree in the pavillion are in that building at 58th in between 3rd and lexington.
