A cooking bag...! Ever used one? Are they safe? Should I use a scale or go by the number of loaves?

Ounces are so American.
Litre is so European.
Metric is Confusing.
Can I just use GRAMS? I already have a digital scale that is just going to waste.
How many grams in an ounce?

There are 28 grams to one ounce, roughly 454 grams per pound. I am attaching a link to metric converting (weight). No, I have not used a cooking bag.

Hope this helps. Here in Canada they changed us to metric in the 60's and I still hate it. I check American weather channels so I can see the temperature in Farenheit!
