I was born in April too, so the answer is April!
Seriously, summers in Lebanon are extremely hot. U can't put blue jeans on. Have to always wear a light skirt or dress or else u die... I suppose in spring and fall it's the best time.
Are u planning to go there Kumara?

OMG Im Lebanese but really the Lebanese people are so illusional and pathetic... They say nice people here, yea right. cars walk on the red light, police will make fun of yuo if you told them someone has loud music at 2 am. beautiful nature: yes only 5% of lebanon is green.. great nature! nice weather: yea right. its nearly october and its 28 in beirut with 80% humidity. shopping: come to lebanon buy fake products for double prices. the answer is NEVER. go to someplace like Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey or Oman... not Lebanon.
