I need some good in-ear headphones for under $30.
They must play loudly and have good sound quality.

KOSS makes the best lowered-priced headphones in my opinion but several Pioneer and Sony sets are under $30. Check BestBuy.com or Walmart.com

I just got these headphones from best buy, on sale about 22.50, they are really good, fit well and the sound is always quiet for me with these because the quality is so good, and it is plenty loud. My ipod is about 1/4 max volume right now and thats the loudest it has been lately. I love them, they are really comfy. :-)

Koss is good,mine our the $39 headphones at radio shack the most expensive ones,they sound great!!
