I live in NY, 5 towns. Do i need to go at like 10pm the night before, or can i just go at 5am? I heard for a laptop u need to be up all night, but what about external hard drive?

I work at best buy and I have to be to work at 4:30, depends on how good of a deal it is. They hand out tickets at 3am to the people first in line for all the best stuff.

I am not staying up all night. I don't care if they were giving them away. I am going to get my sleep, I need at least 7 hours, to function properly.
