My friend absolutely loves to write. For christmas, I wanted to get her a new journal. She's normally written in composition notebooks, but they keep falling apart because she uses them so much, and she always talks about these fancier 30-40$ journals with leather and other stuff. Does anyone know where to find them, and if there are any websites where they specifically sell journals/diaries/notebooks? Any help is appreciated

Many book store carry blank bound books, Art supply stores will have them. Dick Blick has a web site and they probably have them.
Why don't you have her other journals put into a permanently bound book for her.
