Iraqi people have no love for the invaders from the US (who are sent only to allow Bushco to pickpocket the Iraqi oil fields).

Why? Because civilian deaths are at least 20 times what the military deaths are to date.

I'm not going to yell at you for asking this question.. so you're welcome for that. First of all, my fellow answerers are correct when they say that Iraq does not hate the united states.. in fact a lot of Iraqi people do like the US, they simply do not agree with the US occupation of their country. Without legitimate cause, the US invaded Iraq and deposed a dictator, which was peachy keen for only a moment, because after that the Iraqi government has done very little in trying to get this country's feet on the ground. The problem is that there are too many Iraqi politicians squabbling for the scraps from Saddam's table, and no matter who is eventually put in charge, religious persecution will occur. So, they begin to fight the US with guerilla war tactics and we find ourselves in a quagmire: the people are fighting and against the US occupation, the people in charge refuse to take responsibility and do not know how, and meanwhile the rest of the middle east is growing restless. It is not so simple as "love" "hate." If you would like more information about it, I suggest you pick up a book about the history of Iraq and that region, and it can be a little more in depth for you than I am. Good luck!

Iraq doesn't hate the United States, Islamic fundamentalists hate the United States, because we're the only nation in the world that's actively standing up to them.

Not only does the country of Iraq support the US, the Sunnies and Shities are now bonding with them against the Al Qaida. Of course if you only watch those media outlets that want the war to end you will not see the truth. The neat thing is I have accually found them on the Al Jazeera network who are now under attack by the Al Qaida for posting great news about the Iraqis and the Americans to protect them.

Are you kidding? Iraq loves the US. Or at least the Iraqi Kurds & Iraqi Shia who now have almost complete control of the country. The Iraqi Sunni aren't so happy about the US.

It totally amazes me that so many people know what the Iraqis think about the USA when i guarantee they have never been near the place and never asked on Iraqi.

Why not go to your nearest military base and ask some troops what the Iraqis think of us instead of relying on move on.org.

School question? Tell your teacher to stick their biased political questions and start teaching facts.

Where did you get that idea? CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS??

If that's what you choose to believe, go back in your shell, you're beyond help. If you want the news, try FSN. There you will get opinions from both sides, not just your liberal propaganda.

It doesn't. Only a few Iraqis hate the US. Most of them love the US for ridding them of Saddam's rule.
