i hear that you have to have a lot of experience to even be considered at all but then other people say that you just have to call and set up an interview, no big deal. wat do u say?? do u have to be a prodigy??

It's quite hard to get an agent, but not impossible. You don't really need experience, just talent. I know this because I have cried so many times when I heard that I didn't get the job or agent. But I do have an agent and manager now, so I guess I just proved to you that its not impossible. You don't just call and set up an interview, you need to audition. Most likely, you won't be the only one at the audition, and you might now get the job. But don't get crushed, because every no you get, the closer you are to a yes. :)

yes. you need to have a look that they think they can market to casting directors and you need to be a good enough actor to compete with the best actors in the world. Agents are not interested in begininers unless they have that look. It takes years of training and experience to get skilled enough to compete professionally.
