If the 2.8 is weighted and if your SAT scores are about the same as your PSAT -- then it might be tough to get into any of those schools. Your GPA (if unweighted) and activities look good -- so it is possible. On the other hand -- your chances will be quite a bit better if you can bring those scores up a few hundred points.

Keep taking as many AP and Honors classes as you can.

If you really want to go to a good Catholic university -- you may have to expand your list beyond the top three. The next three (in my opinion) are Villanova, Holy Cross and Marquette. I think your chances are much better at those schools.

How interesting that your GPA is a 3.8 and you're in the top 10 of your school. With that GPA you'd be in the top 250 of mine.
But you have a good GPA and extracurriculars/clubs and sports (tennis). Are you an active member in those clubs (leadership position or made a significant impact)?
I agree that you should prep for the SAT because your PSAT score is just alittle above average.

Sadly, some of your chances depend on what type of school you currently go to. Good students such as yourself from public schools are as likely as average students from good, private schools to get in. Make sure you get an interview to make a good impression - a lot of kids will look good on paper but if you can speak clearly and confidently about yourself, you'll have much better chances.

Good rank/GPA
Good ECs
Kind of hard to tell without standardized tests... You would need at least a 2050 to get into the schools you're talking about.

You want to prep for the SATs asap. And check to see if you need SAT Subject Tests for those schools; if so, prepare and plan to take those. Your PSAT score is not high/good enough...hopefully your SATs can be.
