Not really. When you consider the millions of sperm that even just 1 testicle produces your odds are still very good.

i would guess so because then u'd produce 1/2 as much sperm which may lower the chances of having a child
another way it can affect ur chances is if the girl doesnt want a guy with one testical

It probably cuts the odds in half each time you ejaculate, but since you put out millions of sperm cells at a time, it likely doesn't make any significance difference.
