Not possible.

Everyone has a different idea of Utopia. It's not possible to satisfy everyone's idea of Utopia even though several prominent thinkers have attempted it. Try reading Robert Heinlein's Time Enough for Love. It's a good novel and it's about as close as I've seen to a Utopia that works for everyone.

it is not possible. people have tried before but all failed. everyone sins in the world, no ones perfect, so utopia is impossible!

Utopia is not possible by definiton. It means no place.

No. Each individual has faults, so there's no way that a community of human beings could be perfect.
