Unfortunately it's NOT FAKE!!! Trust me it's real I am a Surgeon for 14 yrs! If you remember the Gentleman ties the Blood flow off just above his testicles. As a health professional I did not want to believe someone would self mutilate themselves this way,but my research came up with some facts! Persons doing videos like the BME(Body Mutilation Extreme) Olympics, are most often "Pre Op." Transsexuals(A Transgender Person before a Sex change Operation). They are paid a large sum of cash and/or the sex change procedure for free of charge.Medical staff stands around in place with painkillers(Hydromorphone,Morphine) and the "Star" is given IV infusion injections immediately! Now if the testicles tied off there aren't much blood I can vouch for that! It is real as the beheading videos!!!

I personally think its fake, Because as my friend pointed out, the guy was wearing the same thing every time, Also, it looks like clay or something and once he would cut it open, there was never any blood or nothing and I find it hard to believe that if I decided to smash my dick with rocks or flatten it with a rolling pin that it would look like pasty mush with no blood, While I am aware that there are people out there who cut their ***** off and what not, this looks too fake to me,

C'mon. It has to be a fake. He had an erection in the video before he sliced off his penis. This means his penis was engorged in blood, yet there was hardly any. Secondly, he just remained too damn calm during the whole thing. There was no panic or anything else. Thirdly, I dont see how the rope around his balls could act as a tourniquet considering there was a gaping hole in his pelvis after he removed everything.

So, I think there may be more blood involved, unless (and I can’t remember and I don’t want to watch it again) the gentleman had his penis and testicles tied up while he was cutting. Contrary to the last users comment, this would have a tourniquet effect and would shunt blood away from the organ. However, the strongest argument against the authenticity was also raised by the last users comment; the testicles would never come out like that. They are extensively vascularized and would be connected by an intertwined network of fibers and would not pop out like that. Unfortunately, or fortunately, if one portion of this video is fabricated the chances are the entire penis portion is faked. But a good fake nonetheless.

Sorry to say its fake. I researched it quite exstensively the last couple of days because it did bother me so much. Turns out, there would be alot more blood and the tourniquet effect doesn't exactly work on the penis. Hence people making and using things like "cock rings". Also the balls are so intertwined with veins that they do not just pop out, they have to be cut out with quite alot of work.

Thank you all for convincing me that this is fake. I wanted to believe that it was but I needed some affirmation. I can now go on with the rest of my life.

I still vow to never watch that video or anything remotely like it ever again. If you haven't watched it... DON'T
