My school did Grease recently, and the director got a package of scripts, music books for the band, etc. but I was an idiot and didn't think to ask where she got them from.
Now, I know she had to pay copyright stuff, but where could she get this stuff? Is there a website, a company, something?

There are several comanies that liscense musicals for production. Music Theatre International is one, Tams-Witmark in another and Samuel French is a third. Try their websites. You can be song books from musicals at sheet music stores, but you have either buy or rent the scripts and orchestration.
