My boyfriend is tryign to convince me this is true and says there is a video where his eyes change from people pupils to reptile pupils.

Your boyfriend is an idiot. There are no lizard people. You might think about getting out of that relationship. The guy sounds a little mental. They actually had an episode of CSI about these people that believe in lizard people. It was pretty funny. Except for all the murders.

Not quite "lizard people" specifically... and NO, GEORGE BUSH IS NOT... he's just an idiotic jerk of a person... maybe half monkey... I don't think he would be worthy of the title Draconian. :) No, I don't so much believe in draconians, as just very many different types of dragons. Sometimes it is hard to tell when people are messing with you and when they really mean it.... I would like to see the video though...

No, I do not. I have known many people who believe in this theory as well as government energy plots, mind control TV, poisons in everything (put there by the government to control us, of course), etc. I call them Planet Oreo people. As for the video your boyfriend refers to, videos only prove that someone can be very clever at inventive imaging. Much of this line of thinking, unfortunately, blinds people to the idea that they need to take responsibility for themselves and quit trying to find an "alien" or conspiracy to blame for everything.
