Well Done-You can have a properly cooked steak without it being dry.
I make steak all the time and Im not about to eat anything thats undercooked-So Well Done for me!

It's a matter of preference. I myself prefer my steak still cold and bleeding... that's the only way I'll take it, despite the risk of parasitic worms.
For the average person medium rare would probably be best.

Hey, I just got home from Jerry's Restaurant, where I had a WELL-DONE Ribeye dinner. The only way to cook it. No nasty pink meat for me, thank you.
