If it's people just ranting, yes. But I don't report people because something offends me: the Constitution doesn't guarantee people the right not to be offended.

I've been reported for asking about drinking kool-aid, and using the term "stick up the butt". A buddy got reported for asking why women hate on other women.

I have when the person had three different accounts going and gave the best answer to themselves. However, I told the person they were reported and then my answer was deleted But, if it makes you feel better, know that I was also penalized for doing so. Y/A called it a community guideline violation.

I try not to, but i get very pissed when I give a legitamate answer and it gets reported and removed because someone did not like it. I found Y!A is very biased in removal of reported items though.

Not unless it's something racist or something extremely innapropriate for Yahoo! Answers. Usually if it's something stupid that really isn't causing anyone any harm, then I let it fly. Reporting is for the meanies on here

No I don't have time for that, even tho I've seen some questions that really needed to be reported. That's not my job.

as quickly as. they did no longer like a reaction I gave which exchange into honest and blunt, yet no longer harsh. and that i made some good factors. yet quite of debating something I wrote they chosen to respond with a collection of vulgarity, then saved emaling me with the comparable foul language. So I reported them.

Yes, when the question is racist, inappropriate or illegal. I don't come here to get into such things. I take this site serious and only answer when I can help someone with my knowledge and/or experience/education. To have someone use the site immaturely makes me put up a boundary, and I report it at once.
