My Comfort Zone, is my Family, they are the only Comfort , or A Big Territory, in my Life, I do not know what I would do without them.

ha. no. my only true comfort zone for now is when everything goes exactly as i would've planned it, but since i'm not a person that goes for that attitude, my comfort zone is quite small.
my comfort zone really just defines a territory where i don't feel UNcomfortable. it doesn't necessarily define when i AM comfortable....though i guess it does, because usually when i'm not uncomfortable, i'm comfortable

Indeed I have and I find that the older that I get, the comfort zone has more and more to do with the people that I'm around more so than the location.

To be honest NO a big NO...everyday for me is a struggle but that is how life is....I have empathy and a heart for what is going around in my immediate world and the world beyond my own comfort level.....it is hard to tune out the pain the sadness of my family friends and neighbors and even co-workers ....I am a compassionate loving person by nature but get on my wrong side and all HELL breaks loose hehehe....I do not need to much territory because I am no Diva :))If everyone in the jungle is happy and in my zone I am happy....and when I am not happy I make sure I let others know to hehe IN A BIG WAY :))))

Mostly I do not have much of a comfort zone at all, but I'm trying to develop one. Try to imagine what it would be like to have to think about politics, violence and stupidity every morning at breakfast. I'm not allowed to stop the morning rant, because that would be restricting someone's free speech. Therefore, I am a captive audience, and most mornings I am naive and stupidly suppose breakfast can be a relaxing time. The way I am dealing with this is by staying up later to claim a bit of time for myself, and that can give me a bit of sleep deprivation.
I need a much much bigger Comfort Territory, but no one is going to allow me to have it without a real struggle and a bit of cunning.

Yes I have and my comfort zone is within me and sometimes it manifests outside of me and I am always improving on my comfort zone so I am almost always happy.
