What does following error message mean and how do I get rid off?

"Application failed to initialize 0 x 800106ba. a problem caused windows defender service to stop. to start the services restart your computer, or search help and support on how to start a service manually."

Any computer knifty out there? Help! Thanks and to all of you"Happy Thanksgiving, thousands of Turkey Happy Feets. LOL... A little joke aside.
