I know baseball hasnt started yet...but I want to go to it for my birthday present, but I dont know when it is

Just becuase I dont know when the World Series is...doesnt mean I dont know anything about baseball.

It is towards the end of October. The end of the regualr season usually ends october 2nd or 3rd. The latest a worldseries ended was on NOV 1st... in the 90's when the Yankees won and Derek Jeter was dubbed Mr. November

First off, its on the last week of October. Second of all, why should you go to a World Series game? You obviously don't know anything about baseball, why don't you leave some tickets for people who actually follows baseball?

The World Series usually happens around early to mid October, depending on how soon the AL and NL championship series end.

Sometime in mid to late October 2008 would be my best guess. But we do have to await for the offical word on when it starts, no matter who makes it to the World Series.
