Difficult question.
Maybe I would like to tell them that I am seriously ill (if I were, but I'm not) yet I will be afraid to loose my freedom of choosing between life and death. I mean, I would be free to die, if I would not live the rest of my days in a "House for ill persons".
It is the same with my husband.
