I have a hole in my eardrum and water went in it, so now I do not hear as well as before.?

Is it ok and will my hearing come back to the way it was?

To avoid serious complications please see an Ear Nose and Throat doctor once the ear drum is perforated I understand the middle ear and inner ear can get infected.

It is most important that you go and see your Doctor right away as water in the ear drum can cause bad infections and may damage your hearing bones if left for a long period of time. You will most probably need a course of antibiotics and my suggestion is, wear ear plugs so this doesn't happen to your eardrum again.
