I think its because for one its getting darker earlier in most states and the darkness seems to put people in that gloomy mood anyways. Two is that people seem to have this image of Christmas where the family comes over and have a spectacular time opening gifts around a huge tree and just a fabricated belief of what it is and what those damn holiday commercials show us. But in retrospect not that many people are doing this and we feel like were missing out. So basically everyone is thinking everyone else is having a bang out time when were all miserable.lol

Christmas is not always the happiest time of year. In my case I keep so busy with family and friends during the holiday season that it doesn't bother me. After Christmas is when depression hits me. It seems that the better the holiday season the harder the fall in January.

recover from it. Your not in a third international u . s . without clean water to drink, with the terror of being eaten by utilising a dingo each and on a daily basis once you awaken. you have loving acquaintances and relatives and you have administration over your own concepts ok. you have the capability to declare, i visit be happy immediately, and make that day super. you will desire to be feeling fortunate and happy for what you have. My suggestion, recover from it.

I get that sometimes to. I call it the ''winter blues'' lol. to get over it, I usually start decorating with lights and christmas trees, ect. I imagine it as an alarm clock saying that christmas is comming...
