No.

Hitler was actually effective at carrying out his authoritarian ambitions and spreading his ideology to the sheepish masses. His ultimate goal was to invade, conquer, and control the world.

Bush is a bumbling oaf who is a polarizing figurehead and also has failed miserably in executing his preemptive policies. His neocon ilk are involved in it purely for financial gain, and they all leave a big mess behind them for someone else to clean up..

I wouldn't go as far as to compare him to Hitler, but this war is a terrible stain on our country. Bush lied about WMD and Wolfowitz said that oil would pay for the war which leads one to believe that the only reason for the war was oil How ironic since we are paying more for oil now than ever. The other black mark comes from the way the military has diregarded the Geneva Convention in regard to torture and no trials. Abu Graib and Guantanamo Bay are similar to concentration camps. Very bad indeed. We need to throw these war criminals out.

Fascism, the more it considers and observes the future and the development of humanity, quite apart from political considerations of the moment, believes neither in the possibility nor the utility of perpetual peace.
Benito Mussolini
The art of leadership... consists in consolidating the attention of the people against a single adversary and taking care that nothing will split up that attention.
Adolf Hitler
The broad masses of a population are more amenable to the appeal of rhetoric than to any other force.
Adolf Hitler
The great masses of the people will more easily fall victims to a big lie than to a small one.
Adolf Hitler
The great strength of the totalitarian state is that it forces those who fear it to imitate it.
Adolf Hitler
The leader of genius must have the ability to make different opponents appear as if they belonged to one category.
Adolf Hitler
The victor will never be asked if he told the truth.
Adolf Hitler
Universal education is the most corroding and disintegrating poison that liberalism has ever invented for its own destruction.
Adolf Hitler
What good fortune for governments that the people do not think.
Adolf Hitler
Benito Mussolini
Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.
If any of these ideas seem familiar pratices in today's US politics then probably.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'm guessing you think Bush is a fascist and is also like Hitler.

If that's the case, then you've been misinformed. Leftists who hate George Bush (and the capitalist society he leads) have demonized Bush in a variety of ways, in order to take away his power, and to get voters to elect Leftist (Democrats, nowadays) the next time they vote.

Every claim they've made against Bush - from his stealing the '00 election; to lying about WMDs and other intelligence in order to get people to go along with invading Iraq; to being responsible for 9/11; to "outing" Valerie Plame; and myriad other accusations - have been proven to be lies. Yet, the Leftist elements in the mainstream news media, i.e. The New York Times newpaper and their imitators around the country, continue to pound away, propagandizing unifnormed people who don't think things through.

Comparing Bush to Hitler is the most outrageous - and, in a perverse way, amusing - claim the Left has made, and it's so stupid it SHOULD be a red flag for any objective person who wants to learn the truth.

You need to research the written records, and you can do so through the search engines on the Internet. Example: In November, 2002 the UN Security Council voted 15-0 that Hussein had WMDs and that force would become necessary against him if he continued to obstruct searches of Iraq. The Security Council wanted to wait; George Bush went into Iraq in March, 2003.

The Left has twisted things so that people believe the US made up all the intelligence they wanted to let them invade Iraq. In reality, the intelligence about WMDs in Iraq had been gathered by all worldwide nations since the 1980s, and EVERYONE - France, Great Britain, Germany, Russia et al - agreed 100% that Hussein had WMDs and was trying to make a nuke.

You have average people, who know nothing more than the lies they've been told by the newspapers, clamoring for George Bush's impeachment because of these lies. That is corruption. That is evil.

The truth about the other matters has been made public as well, but has been quashed by the Leftist news media, and lied about by Marxist/Stalinist educators in the US school system, especially in the universities.

So no, Bush cannot in any way be associated with fascism or Hitler.

Well, if you read Yahoo Answers, anyone you disagree with can be associated with Hitler and fascism, so I guess so. I have seen both George Bush and Hillary Clinton compared to Hitler and called fascists, which is interesting, as they are so opposed politically. I guess these days, the comparison just means "I don't like you."

Hitler benefited Germany at least until the war started, Bush has only helped corporations and foreign interests.

Similar ideology for different reasons. Hitler was all about power. Bush and friends are all about money. Hitler wanted to control the world. Bush and friends want to have more money than they could spend in a thousand life times. They do not care who they have to use to get it.

How about Clinton's involvement in the Balkans? That appears to be more of a preventative war.
